Is there a complaint about you?
If your interviewer asks you questions about your work history and experience, ask how they would describe that in detail.
Do you share any other personal information about yourself, such as a history of drug use or other problems?
You can also ask questions like these to get the candidate to think about their own experiences, which can help you determine if they would be able to help you.
You can also use the interview questions to assess if they are able to identify potential weaknesses in your interview questions or to evaluate whether you’re a good fit for the position.

Are candidates able to participate in the interview?
Are they able to answer all the questions in their interview?
If not, is there something you can do to help them?
If they do not answer the questions correctly, it might not be a bad idea to re-ask the questions and see if they can improve.
